Kyle A. Neugebauer, 26, was last seen at 9:30 p.m. on Dec. 17th near 143rd and Highway 254. There have been some searches for him since then, but this is a densely populated area with brush and trees. His family is very concerned for his safety.
Kyle was last seen wearing a black Carhartt jacket, jogging pants and tennis shoes.
